Borrowers

Two items may be borrowed at a time. Reserve items placed on hold by faculty are exempt from the limit. Additionally, the library's vast amount of online resources are always available to borrowers and non-borrowers alike.

The loan period for an item is 30 days. You may renew an item for an additional 30 days by calling the library at (336) 224-4727 or emailing the library at library@davidsondavie.edu. Renewed items must be returned to the library at the end of the renewal period.

Every item returned late potentially keeps someone from enjoying it. Borrowers who return items late may have their borrowing privileges suspended for the remainder of the semester. In the event that a borrower's privileges are suspended, they may continue to use the library's online resources.
